It was our first hour at the house the morning prior to close. We went to review it ; there were things we noticed as we got up close and personal with our little investment. Things that needed our attention. Well… lots of things! We still love it but it needs a lot of TLC. We still haven’t closed and we were obviously waiting for utilities to be transferred. Waco does things differently, that’s for sure! 🙂 At least I have tall trees and lots of shade in the back! Let’s not mention it’s proximity to Baylor U! Go Bears!
Moving to Texas was hard on me, let’s not mention what it was like moving away from the city and being in the countryside with road-runners, skunks, snakes and wild boars; but this little house is our second home for now and we plan on improving it, updating it and making the best of it.
