An initial interview will be conducted to inquire about your needs and budget.

An initial visit will be scheduled to review your ideas and requirements for the space. During this visit, we will tour the space and discuss your thoughts on the space and see if we are a good fit for you and your project. We will discuss the different services we offer just to be certain that Full-Design is right for you. We will discuss the options and make recommendations as to what we feel may work best for you. At the end of the meeting, you will be presented with a service packet for you to review, after we depart, in the privacy of your own home and decide whether or not you would like us to assist you with your project.

If you agree to the terms and conditions, signing of Service Agreements for design services will take place.

A secondary interview and project discussion will take place.

Design service – inclusive of plans and materials suggestions – begins. Throughout this process, there may be repeat visits, emails and phone calls for discussing items and for a design concept review.

Contractors will be called in to obtain quotes for scope of work.

Pricing and materials review takes place.

Signing of Purchase Order Agreements.

Product order will take place.

Delivery and Installation.

Walk-through with client.

Review of services.
