Full-Service Interior Design

You recently moved in and wanted to decorate and make your house feel like home. You tried to go shop but find that it’s time-consuming to develop the look and feel of what you want. When you think about it, after a long day at the office, you’d rather not shop or browse online because exhaustion sets in and as the days go by, you realize it’s taken up alot of your free time. Perhaps you’ve found yourself missing out on the little free and family time you have because you’re trying and trying to decorate and design things the want you want them to be…The problem  is that there isn’t enough spare time in the day or week to fully enjoy your time off, especially if you keep guessing what works with that beige sofa. Is it red  pillows or blue? Maybe blue, but is it a dark blue or a light blue you should go for? What about the area rug and the draperies? Will they look right with the sofa and pillows? You’ve been through this before and have come to realize that your time with your loved ones is much more valuable.

You’re tired of saying no to family nights out because you want to make the house feel like home but you know it’s going to take you all night to get a glimmer of an idea together. Chances are you’ll find yourself re-thinking your decisions the next night and, again, the next night after that. Pulling together furniture, draperies, art and accessories sounds fun but you’ve realized that it’s also using up one of your most precious and most limited commodities: your free time.

At Carolina Moncion Design, we understand that you’ve probably already decided it’s best to call in a professional so you can enjoy your evenings, relaxing in front of the television or enjoying a glass of your favorite beverage among friends. This is why we’ve created the Full-Service Interior Design package. This service is our Concierge Service: We do the sourcing while you sit back and enjoy your time off, awaiting the results.

With this service, we will manage the entire project for you,  including delivery and installation. We handle the contractors while you relax and check-in to review progress. With our concierge-level service, all you do is take part in the final decision-making process and let us do all the work so you can get back to what matters most – family and friends.

 

1. An initial  interview will be conducted to inquire about your needs and budget.

2. An initial visit will be scheduled to review your ideas and requirements for the space. During this visit, we will tour the space and discuss your thoughts on the space and see if we are a good fit for you and your project.  We will discuss the different services we offer just to be certain that Full-Design is right for you. We will discuss the options and make recommendations as to what we feel may work best for you. At the end of the meeting, you will be presented with a service packet for you to review, after we depart, in the privacy of your own home and decide whether or not you would like us to assist you with your project.

3. If you agree to the terms and conditions, signing of Service Agreements for design services will take place.

4. A secondary interview and project discussion will take place.

5. Design service – inclusive of plans and materials suggestions – begins. Throughout this process, there may be repeat visits, emails and phone calls for discussing items and for a design concept review.

6. Contractors will be called in to obtain quotes for scope of work.

7. Pricing and materials review takes place.

8. Signing of Purchase Order Agreements.

9. Product order will take place.

10. Delivery and Installation.

11.  Walk-through with client.

12. Review of services.
