The Guest House
I have a client that wants a custom design for the guest house that meets the HOA [Home Owner’s Asociation] architectural guidelines. The guest house will be placed alongside their main home, just outside their fence. I felt we could keep the trees, incorporate the fence and still meet the criteria.
I created this video to show a client what it would look like throughout the year. They wanted a pier & beam guest structure for visitors that could accommodate 5 beds. I designed the house to work round their existing fence and tap into into the main home’s utilities. From morning to night, Winter through Spring, they will be able to see what it will look like.
Sometimes, we need to see what we are about to invest in. Especially when it’s in Real Estate.
