When I first walked into the bedroom, I was told it was too dark and had too much brown. The homeowners wanted something lite and airy. She wanted spa and he wanted an oasis and a getaway. We discussed doing away with the reds and gold and the heavy Mediterranean theme that had crept into the room. We also discussed re-arranging the furniture to showcase the hidden square footage that I could see buried beneath the extra furniture they had. This is a wonderful couple that I have enjoyed working with in creating their new space! Let’s see how it all turns out!
